70 Things You Want to Know About Me, and 5 You Don't

1. I cuss like a sailor.

2. I always drive 20 miles over the speed limit.

3. My best friend always drives 20 miles under the speed limit. If she and I produced a child it would be the perfect driver. (Yes, that’s you Jaelan.)

4. I’m a grammar freak. If you mix up “your” and “you’re” in front of me I’m likely to shoot you in the leg.

5. I believe that being well-traveled is one of the most important things in making yourself well-rounded.

6. On that note, I’ve been all over the U.S. and Mexico, and also to England, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This summer I’m going to New Zealand and Australia.


7. I could live without my cell phone but I’d DIE without my iPod.
8. I’m obsessed with luxury cars. When I flip through a luxury car magazine I practically have an orgasm.

9. I think I was a puppy in a past life. This notion is confirmed when Karen gives me a back scratch.

10. I get really angry when people dislike me because I’m spoiled. Really? Does it seriously bother you that much? (As a side note I’d like to add that if it does, you can happily kiss my couture ass, thanks.)

11. I love bouquets of fresh flowers. There is always a full vase in my bedroom.

12. It IS possible to be daddy’s little girl AND mom’s little girl. I firmly believe that those are the two most important roles in my life.

13. I will be attending TCU in the fall and I’m literally counting down the days until I’m there.

14. I don’t really understand/believe in marriage. However, I would love for Prince Charming to come and prove me wrong.

15. My family and I used to live in Venezuela.

16. My three favorite cities in the world- so far- are London, Dallas, and Chicago.

17. I have the most beautiful friend in the world- Heather Black. She walks by and boys literally drool everywhere.

18. Pro-Choice. A child should NOT be brought into this world unless it can be cared for financially and emotionally.

19. My two biggest fears? Geese and the dark.

24. I’m a writer. I’m currently working on some interesting stuff that WILL make me famous.

25. In one year, I moved from Fairfield…to Irving…to Plano.

26. I currently live in the same neighborhood as Michael Irvin.

27. My most peaceful moment in life was hot-air-ballooning over the Colorado Rockies.

29. I’ve known my best friend, Jaelan, since 4th grade. Ladies, if you’ll stop stabbing each other in the back maybe you’ll be lucky enough one day to have the same unbreakable relationship that we do.

30. I once had a mental breakdown over someone smacking their gum too loudly.

31. I have 5 turtles- Inny, Minny, Miney, Mo, and Fiddy Cent. I’ve caught them having sex on multiple occasions.

32. When I’m stressed I organize things. If you see me alphabetizing something…RUN.

33. I love Christmas. Not for the presents, but for that feeling. You know that one you just can’t explain?

34. I’m not a morning person. A grunt usually means ‘I love you.’

35. MUSTARD. I eat it on everything.

36. I’m obsessed with the Bumper Sticker application on Facebook. It’s truly sad.

37. It really irritates me when girls pretend to like sports to impress a guy, yet they can’t name a single player on any NFL team.

38. ‘Aladdin’ and ‘Beauty and the Beast’ are STILL two of my favorite movies.

39. I’m identical to my mother except for I have green eyes and she has brown.

40. My favorite guilty pleasure food is ice cold Coca-Cola.

47. I have these scary moments where I question my faith. If my religion is truly “right” that just means way too many people are going to hell, and I don’t like that.

48. I claim every cliché that comes with being a red head.

49. I love Shakespeare. Truly. I bought a collection of 12 of his plays at Stratford upon Avon across the street from the house where he was born. I’ve read them all.

50. I share a birthday with Dr. Seuss. Maybe that’s where my inner-child comes from.

51. My friends and I have the dirtiest conversations of anyone you’ll ever meet. I think Lexy, Rachel, and I really take the cake.

52. Slumdog Millionaire is the most moving movie I’ve ever seen in my life.

53. My favorite smell is puppy breath.

54. I’ve had 4 TRULY great teachers in my high school career. Mrs. Bradley, Mr. Langsather, Coach Christenberry, and Mrs. King are the only argument I have that high school is actually worth something.

55. One of my greatest memories, oddly enough, is cheerleading.

56. I love men’s cologne. It can turn Steve Urkel into James Bond.

57. Speaking of James Bond, I’m obsessed with all of the films and own about 90% of them.

58. SHOES. I have a whole closet dedicated only to my babies.

59. I’ve recently embraced Sudoku puzzles.

60. Fashion is so much more than what clothing you put on your body, it’s an expression.

61. My mom and I talked to John Goodman in a bar once. =]

62. For two years of my childhood I thought I was a lion from ‘The Lion King.’

63. One of my best friends joined the navy and moved to Japan. I know the next time I see her I will cry my eyes out.

70. Yes, I’m one of those Twilight fans. Although I can proudly admit to NOT jumping on the band wagon- I read them all over a year ago.

71. My Betsy Johnson shades make me feel like Super Woman.

72. I cannot cook. I burn popcorn.

73. To counteract that fault, I LOVE to clean.
